The purpose of this role is to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care to consumers/patients with diabetic conditions.
The role will support the general function of the unit through role modelling and application of contemporary evidence-based consumer/person-focused care, education, leadership, and portfolio management.
In addition, this role will provide support and direction to the Registered Nurse and other non-registered nursing personnel in more complex situations.
