As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Manager to maintain the highest standards of care and lead a skilled team in our aged care facility. Your focus will be on training and developing junior nursing staff, particularly in identifying and bridging skill gaps, enhancing documentation accuracy, and ensuring safe medication management practices.
