The Quality and Patient Safety Service upholds and promotes Hospitals North's CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.The team prides itself on being supportive and enabling of all members to develop and advance in this speciality area.The team has a patient centred focus, fostering a positive patient safety culture to improve patient outcomes and experience.The Role: Support the Department of Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care Leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.Details of appointment: Permanent part time, day worker, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Salary: $111,506 to $118,336 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
