Key Responsibilities:
Support the Northern Cancer Service leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.
Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.

Details of Appointment:
Permanent part-time, day worker, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies.
Salary:
$111,506 to $118,336 pro rata per annum, with an 11.5% superannuation contribution on top of this amount.
You'll have access to salary package benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum.
Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
