Australia, TasAbout the Tasmanian State Service:The Tasmanian State Service (TSS) is the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the Tasmanian community.Key Responsibilities:Support the Department of Acute Inpatient Services leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.The Team:The Hospitals North Quality and Patient Safety Service is focused on creating an environment where improving patient outcomes is at the centre of all activity. By continually monitoring and improving care processes, prioritising patient safety and satisfaction, we will support clinicians to provide high quality, best practice evidenced care and strive for excellence.The Quality and Patient Safety Service upholds and promotes Hospitals North's CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.The team prides itself on being supportive and enabling of all members to develop and advance in this specialty area.The team has a patient centred focus, fostering a positive patient safety culture to improve patient outcomes and experience.Details of Appointment:Permanent part time, day worker, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary:

$111,506 to $118,336 pro rata per annum, with an 11.5% superannuation contribution on top of this amount.Salary range is in accordance with
