Responsibilities:
Support the Department of Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care leadership team to develop and implement departmental quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Drive department level initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
Access, monitor and evaluate department level clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations to the leadership team.
Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement within the department and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.

Details of Appointment:
Permanent part time, day worker, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Note: hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary:
$111,506 to $118,336 pro rata per annum.
Includes an 11.5% superannuation contribution.
Salary range is in accordance with
Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023.

Minimum Requirements:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
