We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Practitioners to provide clinical services to young people and their families/significant others experiencing mental health concerns.The Lead Practitioner will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach and working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high level clinical leadership to the team.The role will include:Being part of a dynamic and well supported team committed to delivering high quality mental health services to young people, and their families/carers.Undertaking clinical services through the provision of complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies, including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs.Working alongside innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services in Tasmania.Leading and working with an amazing and diverse group of clinicians as part of the collaborative multidisciplinary team, including the provision of support and consultation to other team members as required.Salary: $111,506 - $118,336 per annum.
