An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Infection Prevention & Control clinician to join the Infection Control team at Central Highlands Rural Health to assist with providing support to Acute, Perioperative, Aged care and Community services. There will be a requirement to work across Kyneton, Trentham, Daylesford, Creswick and Clunes campuses. Primary base to be negotiated with the successful candidate. Clinical Nurse Consultants implement and promote Infection Prevention & Control programs across all campuses including facilitating ongoing compliance with relevant standards and accreditation programs. The Consultant will support continuous improvement in Infection Prevention and Control. Clinical Nurse Consultants will provide expert advice, assistance and support in all matters relating to Infection Prevention & Control across all programs as required.
Details of Appointment:
Part time / Ongoing working 32 hours per fortnight.
Salary: Clinical Nurse Consultant - Dependent on experience, as per award + 11.5% superannuation.
