Base salary ranges between $132,562 and $143,924 p.a.

The Karumba Primary Health Care Clinic (PHCC) is a level one, nurse-led facility offering a range of primary health care, chronic disease management, emergency stabilisation and pathology collection services.
There is a GP clinic run 12 hours per week from the facility, and visiting specialist services are coordinated.
Karumba, known as the 'Outback by the Sea' is a fishing village with a small but very cosmopolitan population of approx.
600 people.
Each year tourists and semi-permanent residents visit the area during the winter months from April to October.
The area's other main commercial focus is based on fishing and supporting industries like engineering, marine motors, refrigeration and cold storage.

The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the speciality of Remote Area Nursing.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner and wider Karumba health care team to support the clinical unit in the provision of safe quality healthcare through exemplary clinical nursing standards of practice for the specialty of Remote Area Nursing.
