Clinical Nurse Consultant - EndocrinologyPart-Time: 48 hours per fortnight (Monday - Friday)The Endocrinology Unit is offering a permanent Part-Time (24 hours/week) CNC position to an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and can work effectively in a busy environment.The CNC endocrinology role will coordinate care within this specialty, including managing day admissions for dynamic endocrine investigations. This position will play a key role in following up patients after day admission to educate them on the use of devices for hormonal treatment and serve as a hospital-wide resource to support best practice in endocrinology care through clinical initiatives and service innovation.To be Successful in this Role, you:Have experience working in a senior clinical role.Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality consumer care and possess excellent clinical skills in this specialty area.Have completed or be working towards a Post Graduate course in the area of specialty.Will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Have experience in the development, implementation, and review of policy, procedures, and guidelines.Applications close 11:59pm on 25 November 2024.
