Clinical Nurse Consultant - Community Palliative CareWe are looking for a compassionate Clinical Nurse Consultant – Community Palliative Care to join our team at Kingaroy. As the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will utilise your specialist clinical knowledge and experience to ensure optimal coordination, clinical management and care provision for individuals commencing a palliative care pathway within the South Burnett region of Darling Downs Health. You will utilise your compassionate communication and leadership skills to positively engage, motivate and mentor team members.
