The Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (Community) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your Opportunity
The Clinical Nurse provides nursing services within the health service settings and is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education, and/or research. The activities are predominantly clinical in nature but also provide support to a Nurse Grade 7 or above in management activities. The Clinical Nurse provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure patient-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of patient/client care, and provides leadership and support to other nursing staff.
About the Team
Clermont MPHS is a 32-bed facility that has recently consolidated from two sites to one. The facility comprises 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 x aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include Aged Care, Accident & Emergency (A&E) services, inpatient services, Community Health and Allied Health outpatient clinics, and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
