As Clinical Nurse you will be assisting in setting clinical standards that reflect best practice, and assisting clinical employees to improve skills and knowledge through leadership and direction.

The person we are looking for should have advanced nursing skills to provide appropriate supervision, along with a variety of specialist skills and passion in the following areas: Continence management Wound care Medication management Your tasks will include: Co-ordinate and provide comprehensive care involving assessment, prevention, early detection, referral and health promotion Co-ordinate and regularly evaluate the effects of care provided through planner reviews and assessment, or as required, in consultation with client, carer and multidisciplinary team Participate and initiate community collaborations and partnerships that contribute to client care services Provide support and direction to Registered Nurses How You'll Benefit You'll become part of the Ozcare family, and in addition to the training and support that you would expect, you will also receive:
