The Role
As the Clinical Nurse, you will ensure that the best possible care outcomes are delivered to each of our residents every day. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day care related functions, provide clinical supervision, monitor incident occurrence and trends, and complete all high-risk compliance processes. This role will also see you as an integral part of continuous improvement within the facility, undertaking auditing activities.

The ideal candidate will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse An understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly related to aged health issues Demonstrated provision of clinical leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships with residents, families/representatives, and care staff Ability to prioritise and manage workloads according to residents' needs Commitment to continuous improvement A collaborative leadership style Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and AN-ACC Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care in a senior role What's in it for you?
