This is a Permanent Full Time or Part Time appointment.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service.
In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Midwife provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based midwifery/nursing care is delivered to patients.
This role facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Antenatal, Specialist Obstetric and Gynaecological clinics and triage of referrals into the department.
The Clinical Midwife – Antenatal Clinic Coordinator practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Midwifery Practice Decision Flowchart.
