We are seeking an experienced Clinical Midwife Educator for our Pilbara Maternity Ward at Hedland Health Campus in the Pilbara. This is a Permanent position with Full-Time hours. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12 months. About this role: The Clinical Midwifery Educator identifies strategies to promote and embed a learning culture that supports positive maternal outcomes and delivery of a women centred service. Collaborates with the Maternity Unit Managers and Clinical Leads in development and management of orientation and performance development programs to meet the education and training needs of midwifery staff within the maternity service, as well as the education and training needs for non-maternity staff for maternal and newborn care.
