The role formulates, coordinates, and evaluates unit based educational programs; assessment and demonstration of clinical procedures.The aim of the position is to use a participation methodology to build:The capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidenced based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.A woman and family focused culture that supports the MUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change.The position contributes to the overall improvement of health service delivery.
