Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, Acacia Living Group & McKenzie.Our mission is to make every day the best it can be for our residents and for each other.About the OpportunityWe are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to our General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.As the Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC, and resident care.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentsKnowledge of the aged care sector and standardsSound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvementDeveloping, monitoring, and implementing nurse care plans, as well as assessing, planning, and evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and proceduresActively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout YouThe successful candidate must meet the following criteria:Permanent Full-TimeCurrent Nursing Registration with AHPRAMinimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RNExperience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACCPersonal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your siteSolid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent flu and COVID VaccinationsWhat We Can OfferSalary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus additional $2600 in entertainment per year availableOngoing Training and CoachingA range of employee benefits & discountsEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer pathwaysThe successful candidate must provide or undertake a National Police Check prior to appointment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
