Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, including the Allity, Acacia Living Group & McKenzie.Our mission is to make every day the best it can be for our residents and for each other.About the OpportunityWe are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team working Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to our General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high quality care is provided to our residents, facilitating and supporting their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.As the Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will include:Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents.Knowledge of the aged care sector and standards.Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.Developing, monitoring, and implementing nurse care plans, and assessing, planning, and evaluating existing care plans.Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents.Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWs.About YouThe successful candidate must meet the following criteria:Permanent Full-Time.Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RN.Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable).Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC.Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site.Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Current flu and COVID Vaccinations.What We Can OfferSalary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus an additional $2,600 in entertainment per year available.Ongoing Training and Coaching.A range of employee benefits & discounts.Employee Assistance Program.The successful candidate must provide or undertake a National Police Check prior to appointment.Clinical ManagerHealthcare & Medical ManagementRowes Bay (Townsville) | Rowes Bay, Queensland 4810 Australia#J-18808-Ljbffr
