Clinical Manager

Are you an experienced Clinical Manager or Clinical Lead with a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join this well-established NFP aged care organization in Toowoomba.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the home, ensuring that our residents and their families receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.Ensure adherence to aged care legislation, policies, and best practice guidelines.Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate care delivery, implementing improvements where necessary.Key Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an aged care management or clinical leadership role.Strong understanding of aged care regulations and standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must be AHPRA registered with full working rights within Australia.Demonstrated commitment and collaborative approach to delivering person-centered care.If you are a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead or aged care manager who has a passion for looking after the elderly, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
