About the opportunity… You will lead and develop a team of mental health clinicians to ensure they are performing to their full potential, as well as:
Ensure clinical governance is implemented, upheld, and maintained in line with Assure's framework. Ensure best practice risk management and clinical supervision is provided. Provide training and contemporary skill development for your team. Achieve KPI's and client-centric clinical outcomes. Engage proactively and reactively with internal and external key stakeholders. Deliver a clinical load. About you Previous leadership experience, ideally of allied health professionals. Broad experience across individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues. Passionate about leading a team and as a mental health clinician. Previous experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching, etc. Hold qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work and relevant registrations.
