We are currently seeking a new, experienced and qualified Clinical Manager to work alongside our existing Clinical Manager and Residential Manager to support and develop our stunning, 144-bed aged care residence based in Tamworth.

You will need to be an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who has the energy and desire to build relationships and take the delivery of care to the next level.
With a passion for resident care and delivering high standards of customer-focused clinical care, you will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team.
You will also have close support from the Support Services team.
