We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead and mentor the clinical and care team at Palm Lake Care Bargara.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership : Manage and oversee the provision of evidence-based, high-quality clinical care, supporting the Service Manager in providing operational guidance and ensuring the smooth functioning of care services.
Consulting and Mentoring : Act as a clinical consultant, offering expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications : Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
Experience : At least five years as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care.
Compliance Expertise : In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and recent accreditation processes.
Additional Skills : Gerontology Certificate / Diploma or willingness to obtain.
Current working knowledge of ANACC.
Experience with Quality Assurance Programs.
Strong communication skills across all management levels, staff, residents, and their representatives.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to collaborate with our Clinical Governance and Quality Managers.
Knowledge of Autumn Care software is highly regarded.

Sign-On Bonus: The selected candidate will be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, distributed over 12 months.
