3 month contract to cover extended leave, with potential for extension Clinical management of a 120 bed aged care facility with excellent support from 4 Clinical Coordinators and a Chief Clinical Officer Manage and inspire a team of clinical staff; providing clear direction, support and mentoring Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement Design, implement and review quality initiatives to exceed the accreditation standards Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints What makes this great:
