Clinical Lead - Social Emotional WellbeingClinical Lead - Social Emotional Wellbeing - Halls Creek, WAThis role is a fixed term contract until June 2025 with a view to extend.The companyYou will be joining an aboriginal corporation who provides holistic primary health care services to their clients living in Halls Creek and surrounding communities.
Their vision is to empower the community to take responsibility to safeguard their health and their wellbeing across the lifespan.In return for joining the company, you will be entitled to:Relocation packageAccommodation subsidised for the first 6 monthsAccess to work vehicleSalary packagingThe roleAs the Clinical Lead for Social Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB), you will ensure that Indigenous people enjoy physical, social and emotional wellbeing enjoyed by all Australians.
You will do this by recognising the impact of past trauma, dispossession, separation of families, on-going social disadvantage and other issues that can impact their wellbeing.The duties and responsibilities of the Clinical Lead for Social Emotional Wellbeing will include, but not be limited to:Providing clinical advice and direction in the delivery of the SEWB care to clientsProviding leadership to the multi-disciplinary teamCoordinating and managing the treatment of clients' mental, emotional and behavioral symptomsEnsuring the delivery of structured, evidence-informed SEWB programs for clients, families, and the community affected by suicide and/or mental health issuesMonitoring and managing professional development, external supervision, and cultural mentoring for your teamHelping to develop and implement program policies and proceduresContributing to strategic planning activities for the programAbout youTo be considered for the role, you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Psychologist in a similar role along with:Tertiary Psychology degreeFull general registration with AHPRAExcellent time management and organisational skillsCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS worker checkCurrent driving licenceFull Australian working rightsIf you feel you have the relevant experience for the role of Clinical Lead for Social Emotional Wellbeing, then please submit your most recent resume outlining your relevant experience for immediate consideration.Alternatively, contact Lorraine Morrison, the dedicated allied health specialist recruiter for Talent Quarter via the below:Lorraine Morrison:Email: Phone: 08 6255 6530 / 0485 858 873#J-18808-Ljbffr
