If you're ready to make a difference, bring your energy, expertise, and positive attitude, this could be the position for you!About the RoleAs the Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse), reporting to the NDIS Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting client health and wellbeing. You'll oversee high-intensity supports, ensuring that care is delivered safely and in alignment with NDIS quality standards.Your responsibilities will include managing clinical practices such as medication, wound care, and client appointments. You'll also integrate high-intensity practice standards through staff training, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
