You'll play a key role in developing care pathways, enhancing patient safety, and collaborating on recruitment, staff appraisal, and rostering. In an academic capacity, you'll lead and support paediatric education and research initiatives, with potential for a Monash University appointment. Additionally, you'll work with the Emergency Department leadership to uphold and improve accreditation with key medical colleges.
What You Need Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and/or the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) endorsed by the Joint Training Committee (JTC) in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. Applicants without PEM endorsement but with extensive clinical experience in paediatric emergency may be considered.What Next Apply now!
