We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Lead Group in North West Coast of Tasmania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work alongside General Practitioners, supervise Enrolled Nurses and provide ongoing training and support.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with General Practitioners for excellent health outcomes.
Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses to ensure they have necessary skills and knowledge.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance healthcare team skills and knowledge.
Contribute to policies and procedures for safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia in General Practice.
Australian working rights/visa.
AHPRA registration.
Excellent clinical skills.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
