Position Overview:
Healan Centre Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead Manager to join our executive team. In this leadership role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving clinical excellence, cultural innovation, and operational reforms. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a positive, values-driven culture. You will be responsible for the quality and safety of our clinical services while fostering continuous development among staff.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Accountability Contribute to the clinical and operational decision-making at the executive level.Lead the delivery of high-quality professional services and organizational innovation.Develop and apply health service policies, operational procedures, and protocols.Provide expert advice on emerging issues within the Healan Centre's portfolio of services.Ensure effective resource management and governance compliance.Communication, Consultation, and Engagement Report on clinical operations and strategy implementation to the Healan Centre Directors.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including professional and non-government organizations.Lead forums and discussions to address strategic and operational challenges.Foster a culture focused on patient and employee safety, staff well-being, and organizational values.Operational Responsibilities Oversee the coordination and integration of services to deliver seamless care.Maintain the quality of care, patient safety, and staff performance.Ensure compliance with clinical governance requirements and key performance indicators.Collaborate with Directors to manage education, vocational training, and ongoing learning systems.Governance, Integrity, Safety, and Quality Requirements Uphold the Healan Centre's Vision, Values, and commitment to protecting children and their families.Support the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare in line with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards.Maintain a safe, inclusive work environment and ensure legislative compliance.Demonstrated integrity and personal commitment to Healan Centre services.Proven ability to shape and manage strategic and operational reforms.Strong leadership in achieving clinical and operational excellence.Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Current knowledge of legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Work Health and Safety.Experience in clinical governance and health service management.Our Commitment:
