About the Opportunity As the Clinical Lead at headspace, you'll be at the forefront of providing compassionate and effective care to young people and their families.
In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our committed Primary Team, ensuring that interventions are both evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our young people.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives such as file auditing, clinical reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.

What we are looking for: Approved tertiary qualification (Allied Health) and 5 years' experience in a mental health-related discipline and registration with the relevant regulatory body such as AHPRA or membership of and adherence to professional standards, for example AASW for social workers.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience (minimum 2 years) in providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multi-disciplinary team, including registration as a Board Approved Supervisor (if Psychologist).A passion for youth mental health, in particular working with young Aboriginal people and their families, and keen interest in improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services.For further information on this exciting opportunity, please contact Andi Jones, Centre Manager on 08 89315999.
