Clinical Lead - Aged Care - Indigenous - North East QLD CoastClinical Lead - Aged Care (Indigenous) - North East QLD CoastWe are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead for an Aged Care Indigenous Facility in North East QLD Coast or willing to relocate to the area.Fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to gain experience and step up in their career caring for Indigenous residents.Overview:Reporting to an experienced FM who is also clinicalFull time, Permanent role.Mon - FriSalary $125k - $130k + super + NFP salary packaging benefits + penalties & allowance.Relocation assistance of up to $5,000Sign-on bonus of $2,000 payable after first 3 months & bonus of $2,500 payable after 12 monthsInfection prevention control training will be providedOpportunity for a Registered Nurse to gain invaluable experienceThe RequirementsAHPRA Registered NurseIdeally 1-2 years' experience in a Senior Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse roleExperience working in an Indigenous community is favourable but not essentialAged Care experience is essentialDemonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processesExcellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experienceProven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processesCurrent Flu Vaccination and Covid Vaccinations
