ACMHS provides evidenced based care and support for people over the age of 18 years while also collaborating with carers, Nominated Persons, supports and other key stakeholders.
ACMHS teams operate across the Australian Capital Territory, adhering to both the Adult Community Mental Health Model of Care and the Older Persons Community Mental Health Model of Care.
This position will primarily be based in the Community Recovery Service but may be required to transfer to other areas of ACMHS as clinically needed.
