Our Medical Records department is a close-knit group of dedicated and supportive professionals. About the role: The clinical information officer will be involved in a wide range of processing of medical records including patient admissions and discharges, requests for information, digital scanning and quality assurance. You will use a variety of computer systems, including IPM, Digital Medical Record, and CAP. About you: We are looking for a skilled and experienced administration officer to join our team. A friendly, flexible attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to build strong relationships and work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. A proven understanding of confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and time management skills are also required.
