About the role: The clinical information officer will be involved in a wide range of processing of medical records including patient admissions and discharges, requests for information, digital scanning, and quality assurance. You will use a variety of computer systems, including IPM, Digital Medical Record, and CAP. As a member of our Medical Records team, you will liaise with staff from all areas of the hospital, including doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and specialists.
About you: We are looking for a skilled and experienced administration officer to join our team. A friendly, flexible attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. You should be able to build strong relationships and work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. A proven understanding of confidentiality, excellent attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary.
