We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Clinical Funding Officer to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding at ourArcare Northshore Residences.
The Clinical Funding Officer will assist in facilitating AN-ACC assessments, completing resident documentation, identifying opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times.

The successful candidate for this position will be a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and will have: Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skillsStrong leadership skills with exceptional communication skillsA current AHPRA registrationGreat documentation practiceGreat understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentationDemonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvementExcellent organisational and time management skillsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceCurrent Flu & COVID vaccination is highly encouragedReady to Apply It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
