We are one of Australia's leading training providers.If you're looking to modify your existing work schedule, we provide flexibility in selecting your preferred shifts, including day, night, and weekend options, as well as the duration of the courses - whether you prefer a longer or shorter timeframe.You'll be able to work locally with some travel required.Position Overview:We are seeking passionate, energetic, engaging, and experienced (Ahpra Registered) RN/EN Clinical facilitators to join our dynamic team to deliver CPR, First Aid, Manual Handling in a Health Setting, and Assist Clients with Medication qualifications and some non-accredited courses to deliver training in Darwin.The ideal candidates will possess the knowledge, applied knowledge, and practical experience delivering training to a diverse demographic.
This role involves delivering educational, engaging, and fun sessions, ensuring participants obtain the confidence, skills, and practical knowledge to act effectively in the given situation and to achieve the relevant competencies.What you'll need:Knowledge and demonstrated experience in presenting, training, and facilitatingOutstanding communication skillsTerrific self-motivationFlexibility and availabilityA friendly and engaging personalityExcellent planning and problem-solving skillsQualifications:Current APHRA Registered (RN) Bachelor Degree or (EN) Diploma in NursingCurrent First Aid HLTAID009, 011 & 012.Current TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalent or a Diploma in Adult Education or currently working towards TAEAdvanced first aid units are preferred but not essential.As part of our professional development (PD) program, we provide you with the opportunity to upgrade these units.Contractor positions with an immediate start available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
