The Nursing and Midwifery Practice Development Unit is looking for a Clinical Facilitator - Graduates to join their supportive team at Redland Hospital.
The unit works collaboratively with the divisions to meet the learning and development needs of nurses and midwives whilst promoting a learning culture within the Logan Beaudesert Health Service and Bayside Health Service.We are the major public healthcare provider for Brisbane's south side, operating five major hospitals and a range of community, specialty and state-wide healthcare services.

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for our people and our community.About the RoleUtilise advanced level clinical and problem-solving skills; expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management and delivery of comprehensive person-centred care.Facilitate and coordinate clinical education in problem solving, planning and coordination at an advanced level.Have an advanced understanding of the relevant standards and processes; engage in incident investigation, risk mitigation strategies that foster and support safe practice.Support undergraduate students and graduates by providing a thorough orientation to the unit and ongoing opportunities for development and constructive feedback.Utilise advanced level skills in teaching and evaluating others, inclusive of clinical practice assessment tools (CPAT).Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
