The Clinical Facilitator brings well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution, with the ability to engage effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
This role is responsible for comprehensively assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care at an advanced level within a complex and dynamic setting.

The Rockhampton Emergency Department provides a 24-hour, seven day a week adult and paediatric emergency health care service. The Department treats a range of patients from those with life threatening trauma, medical and surgical conditions to those requiring basic medical care. The Department comprises of 3 resuscitation cubicles, 14 general cubicles, 1 low stimulation room for mental health, triage, fast track area including 7 assessment stretchers, 4 treatment chairs, 1 eye room and 12 bed Extended Emergency Care Unit.
About you: Mandatory qualification/s: Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A relevant postgraduate certificate or post graduate diploma is an expectation of this position. Where the successful applicant does not currently hold this qualification, commitment to completion within an agreed timeframe is expected and will form part of the performance and development plan. What we offer: Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $131,900 p.a. is comprised of:
