Are you seeking an opportunity to challenge yourself in a dual role, combining your paramedical or nursing experience with your emergency rescue background?Parabellum International is searching for candidates who share our passion for emergency response and demonstrate the dedication to work as a team in delivering unparalleled service to Australia's premier leading iron ore company.The role will be on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, with ongoing roster availability and multiple opportunities. Our company is run by industry professionals who comprehend the challenges of remote area work and recognise the crucial role our personnel play in ensuring a safe and productive work site. Your role:

Provide acute primary care, resuscitation and stabilisation, and the assessment and management of occupational injury or illness. Assist with return to work related and non-work-related injuries and illness. Assist with medevac requirements of injured or ill personnel as required. Provide health awareness & prevention programs (i.e., blood pressure checks, blood glucose levels). Facilitate the delivery of health-related assessment and monitoring activities, including, but not limited to; drug and alcohol testing and other health surveillance. Maintain medical facility (accountability for equipment and medicines/consumables stock). Deliver accredited and non-accredited health related training programs. Provide delivery of emergency response capabilities on site.

About you:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration - Paramedic or Nurse. Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue (including vertical rescue and confined space rescue). Current HLTPAT005 Collect specimens for drug of abuse testing. HR class driver's license – manual - unencumbered. Four-wheel driver training. Drive under operational condition (PUAVEH001). National police clearance - within 3 months.
