Clinical Educator - Obstetric and Gynaecology UltrasoundAbout the role

QUFW is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator - Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound to join our team and deliver high-quality education and training in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound in our QUFW Gold Coast departments.
In this full-time, permanent role based in Southport, Queensland, you will play a vital role in supporting the professional development of our sonographers and ensuring we deliver the best possible patient care.
What you'll be doing Fulfil the responsibilities of a senior sonographer role in accordance with the values and interests of QUFW.Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound techniques and protocols.Providing hands-on supervision, mentoring and feedback to support the skill development of our sonography team, sonography trainees, obstetric registrars and DDU candidates.Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound.Collaborating with the medical and clinical leadership teams to identify training needs and continuously improve our service.Contributing to the maintenance of our ultrasound equipment and quality assurance processes.Representing QUFW at industry events and conferences.What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in medical sonography and current ASAR accreditation.5+ years' experience as a qualified sonographer, with a demonstrated specialisation in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound.Exceptional clinical knowledge and hands-on skills in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound.Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact training programs for healthcare professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.What we offer
