Your role within our headspace program will allow you to:
Implement the Early Career program across the Lismore and Tweed headspace centresIncrease workforce capacity in youth mental health by supporting the new graduate program and student placementsProvide clinical supervision to new graduates and studentsDevelop and maintain relationships with relevant universities and tertiary institutions to continue to support workforce development in youth mental healthJoining us, you'll lead implementing the Early Career program in headspace centres.
This will involve supporting and supervising new graduates and student placements in delivering effective evidence-based interventions in youth mental health in partnership with young people, their families and local communities.

The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work with registration with the appropriate body (AHPRA or AASW).Experience and relevant qualifications in providing clinical supervisionExperience working in a leadership role and supporting a multi-disciplinary teamStrong communication, organisational and administrative skillsWe are proud to announce that we have received recognition as an accredited Great Workplace by WRK+.
