Implement the Early Career program across the Lismore and Tweed headspace centres Increase workforce capacity in youth mental health by supporting the new graduate program and student placements Provide clinical supervision to new graduates and students Develop and maintain relationships with relevant universities and tertiary institutions to continue to support workforce development in youth mental health Joining us, you'll lead implementing the Early Career program in headspace centres. This will involve supporting and supervising new graduates and student placements in delivering effective evidence-based interventions in youth mental health in partnership with young people, their families and local communities.

The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Social Work with registration with the appropriate body (AHPRA or AASW). Experience and relevant qualifications in providing clinical supervision Experience working in a leadership role and supporting a multi-disciplinary team Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills Working with Children and National Police Check are mandatory requirements for all staff.
