ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in our Regional Office in Darwin, Clinical Educators are responsible and accountable in supporting direct care staff to build:Capacity of individuals to deliver safe, knowledge-based care using a variety of educational tools and development methods such as but not limited to reflective practice, practice development, critical thinking, mentor/preceptor, and adult learning concepts to support improvements in clinical and care practices as directed by the Coordinator Clinical Education & Training.A consumer-focused learning culture that fosters clinical and care practice innovation and has a knowledge base that is contemporary and supported by evidence.A proactive care workforce team that is receptive to changing models of care and clinical practice.This role would ideally suit a skilled RN who is wishing to move direction in their career and provide education and mentoring to current RN's across our facilities. You will be passionate about ensuring care is provided by a skilled workforce. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
