Based in our Regional Office in Darwin, Clinical Educators are responsible and accountable in supporting direct care staff to build:Capacity of individuals to deliver safe, knowledge-based care using a variety of educational tools and development methods such as but not limited to reflective practice, practice development, critical thinking, mentor/preceptor and adult learning concepts to support improvements in clinical and care practices as directed by the Coordinator Clinical Education & Training.A consumer-focused learning culture that fosters clinical and care practice innovation and has a knowledge base that is contemporary and supported by evidenceA proactive care workforce team that is receptive to changing models of care and clinical practice.This role would ideally suit a skilled RN who is wishing to move direction in their career and provide education and mentoring to current RN's across our facilities. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
