The Opportunity  We are seeking a dedicated Quality and Education Coordinator (QEC) who will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating evidence-based, best practice clinical and non-clinical education and training programs that meet the organisation's compliance obligations and increase the skills of SCCT employees within our Somerset Facility. 
The QEC will be responsible for ensuring that employees have the knowledge and skills for the practical application of policy, procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintenance of accreditation standards and Infection and Prevention Control Compliance.

About You As a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) background, you are an enthusiastic person with a desire to indirectly improve the lives of our clients and residents by providing high quality education to Southern Cross Care, Tasmania employees. 
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, apply critical thinking, problem solve and make sound clinical decisions.
