Each year, we help thousands of young people, and their family and friends, access vital support through our headspace services in over 145 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our mental health professionals, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to young people in our community.With a proven track record in senior clinical roles, you possess high-level leadership skills that promote collaborative learning and facilitate constructive feedback. Your exceptional communication abilities allow you to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, while your strong organizational and problem-solving skills enable you to manage multiple priorities with autonomy.You have a robust understanding of the current evidence base for early intervention in youth mental health, along with experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance clinical skill development.
