Building capacity in clinical education practice within Occupational Therapy Adult Physical contexts and driving evidence-informed innovations in clinical education for new graduates, students, clinical educators, and supervisors.Improving the quality of occupational therapy clinical education for pre-entry students and new graduates by generating high-quality evidence-informed clinical education strategies and resources, making inter-professional links where relevant.Contributing to state-wide consistency of occupational therapy clinical education for pre-entry students and new graduates through reflecting on outcomes for enhancing the capacity for clinical education in adult physical contexts state-wide.Enhancing the capability of HP4 Clinical Education Support Officers through professional development, supervision, and encouraging implementation of successful initiatives.Mandatory: The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy, and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
