It is also a commitment from Artisan to be the best in the industry, to listen to our clients and always hold their best interests at the center of everything we do.To assist Artisan in achieving its vision, Artisan is looking for a Clinical Education and Training Manager (Artisan) to facilitate and enhance Artisan's clinical education and training (CET) program.The RoleAs the CET Manager (Artisan) you will lead the development of our Clinical Coach Educators to facilitate an exceptional training experience to our Doctors, Nurses and Dermal Therapists. This role will oversee the continuous improvement of Artisan's existing CET program, positioning Artisan as an industry leader in the aesthetic industry.As the CET Manager (Artisan), your key responsibilities will be:Ensuring the systems and processes for clinical assessment and education are embedded and monitored to create an efficient and streamlined experience aligned to the company strategy and in adherence with clinical governance frameworks.Liaising with key stakeholders to establish individual development plans for clinicians. Having a well-rounded approach to clinic adherence, safety and governance, rostering and resource requirements.Effectively leading a team of Clinical Coach Educators to ensure an exceptional training experience is delivered in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and our Consulting Framework.Developing, overseeing and delivering clinical education and training content on facial anatomy, physiology and our core treatments (this includes developing and refining our assessment tools, lesson plans and learning content).Providing guidance to our Clinicians through clinical leadership and subject matter proficiency.Providing oversight of adverse events, specific to the analysis of trends to recommend clinical improvement initiatives and delivering educational intervention where required, as well as providing support to clients and clinicians post event.Having oversight regarding ongoing changes within the industry by providing consultation and expertise to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.Ideally, you will also perform client treatments within Artisan's clinics, focusing on providing real results for our clients and supporting their skin health and wellness goals through bespoke treatment plans across multi-modalities.This role presents an ongoing opportunity for expansion as we endeavor to integrate and implement the CET program throughout the wider SCS network.
