The Opportunity Core to the Amplar Health strategy is substantial growth in our hospital substitution, hospital avoidance, and clinical home care delivery. This role is vital as we build towards becoming Australia's most prominent Hospital In the Home service provider.
You will take accountability for the leadership, development, and maintenance of clinical competency frameworks and clinical portfolios within Home Health - working with internal stakeholders to embed these frameworks and ensuring alignment to the organisation's needs and accreditation requirements.
In this newly created position, you will:
Develop relationships and processes to design and build clinical placement capacity and develop a clinical graduate program.Establish relationships with academic partners to build a trusted relationship and pursue training and research opportunities.Promote and participate in quality improvement activities and organisational accreditation processes.Take on a leadership role in developing, brokering, and providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to nursing and care staff within each clinical portfolio.This is a permanent role with flexible work arrangements, based in Adelaide.
About you You are an AHPRA Registered Nurse who has a strong clinical education and continuous quality improvement mindset and an outstanding ability to lead and inspire teams to the highest standards in performance. You also bring:
