Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Current Registration; Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS or CDIP) (preferred); Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and regulatory requirements; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
